Carelink is a free telephone befriending and support service for people who are;
* Lonely and isolated
* Aged 50 and over
* Registered with a GP in Stoke-on -Trent

* Regular phone calls on set days and times to suit your needs
* Support through telephone befriending to overcome the negative effects of loneliness and isolation
* Short term intensive support, helping to avoid potential crises
* Support to be as healthy and independent as possible
* Referrals and signposting to partner organisation
