Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by returning your computerised slip by post, bringing it into the surgery, via the Pharmacies or ordering it online. The repeat prescription will take 2 working days to be issued and managed safely. Therefore if they are requested on:
Monday – it will be ready for collection on Wednesday
Tuesday – it will be ready for collection on Thursday
Wednesday – it will be ready for collection on Friday
Thursday – it will be ready for collection on Monday
Friday – it will be ready for collection on Tuesday

We are unable to accept requests over the telephone unless there are exceptional circumstances.
You can be expected to be called for review at regular intervals in relation to repeat prescriptions.
Electronic Prescription Service
Trentham Mews Medical Centre are able to send your prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy.
If you would like to use this service simply let reception know your choice of pharmacy. Each time you visit your GP your prescription will be sent electronically to that pharmacy. This will save you time and give you more choice of where to get your medicines from.
You can change or cancel your chosen pharmacy at any time.
