Dr Jane McPherson MB ChB MRCGP
Dr McPherson qualified in 2014 from Keele Medical School and has recently joined the practice. She has a varied experience in General Practice and is available for consultation on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Dr Gordon Thomas MB ChB DRCOG MRCGP
Dr Thomas qualified in 1980 from Birmingham University and trained in General Practice there before coming to work in Stoke in 1985. He is available for consultation on a Monday and Tuesday.
Dr Bonnie Dhas MBBS MRCGP
Dr Dhas qualified in 2008 and has a particular interest in endocrinology and diabetes. She will be available for consultation on a Thursday and Friday.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Zena Whalley
Our Advanced Nurse Practitioner can assess symptoms and build a picture of a patient’s condition, treat minor health problems, infections, minor injuries and prescribe medication where necessary. They can also often manage more complicated problems, for instance, patients presenting with long-term health conditions, such as diabetes and COPD and asthma.
Practice Nurse – Simone Cartwright
Our practice nurse cares for people with long term illnesses such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease etc, as well as performing dressing, flu, shingles and pneumonia vaccinations, cervical smears, immunisations, health checks and new patient checks.
Health Care Support/Administrator
Mrs Rebekah Hall
Our healthcare/administrator will support our practice nurse and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy, blood pressure measurement, new patient checks, the monitoring of our chronic disease registers and act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one. Rebekah will also support our reception and administration team.
