Several local practices have undergone changes which have resulted in more and more people seeking registration.

We are monitoring this situation very carefully but if the practice continues to expand at this rate we will need to act to protect the level of services we currently offer.

The only option open to us will be to ask patients living outside our practice area of Trentham to register with doctors closer to where they live.

This is not a step we will take lightly, but the present rate of growth in demand makes this almost inevitable. In the meantime I am afraid we will continue to maintain a strict policy of only accepting patients from within the immediate practice area and should you move outside this area please do not be offended that you are asked to change practices.
