Welcome to your NEW Extended GP Service

Trentham Mews Medical Centre patients can now book an appointment at another location/hub.

A network of GP Practices has been set up across North Staffordshire and Stoke offering extended opening hours for pre-bookable and same day routine appointments with a GP or Nurse Practitioner

This service is available at the following Hubs:

Haywood Hospital, High Lane, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 7AG

Leek Moorlands Hospital, Ashbourne Road, Staffordshire, ST13 5BQ

Bradwell Hospital, Talke Road, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 7NU

Longton Cottage Hospital, Upper Belgrave Road, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 4QX

Hanley Primary Care Access Hub. 69-71 Stafford Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 1LW

The appointments are between 4 and 8pm and there are some appointments available at weekends,

All Healthcare Professionals who cover this extended service will have access to your full medical records with your consent.

This service allows patients to be seen at a convenient time and location depending on availability.

Please contact the Surgery for further information or to book an appointment at one of the Hubs.  You will be informed which GP you will be seeing at your chosen appointment and location.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

– A high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
– A new, continuous cough – this means you’ve started coughing repeatedly

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you’re staying at home.
